Zendesk is a customer service platform designed to improve customer relationships.

What You Can Do

Once connected, PlayerZero AI agents can:
  • Read tickets and comments — Access full ticket history, customer messages, and agent responses for context
  • Create and update tickets — Generate support tickets from debug sessions or update existing ones with findings
  • Delete tickets — Remove tickets that are no longer needed
  • Add comments — Post public replies or internal notes with investigation results and technical details
  • Search tickets — Find related tickets and known issues when investigating problems
  • Manage tags — Set or remove tags on tickets for categorization and routing
  • Search and retrieve users — Find users by name or email and access user details
  • Browse organizations — Retrieve organization details and list all organizations
  • Discover metadata — List available ticket fields and support groups for routing decisions
  • Import ticket attachments — Bring the images and documents attached to a ticket into the thread, when enabled for the project

Use Cases

  • Support triage - AI agents analyze incoming tickets and suggest priority, tags, or assignment based on code analysis
  • Debug-to-ticket workflow - Convert investigation findings into detailed Zendesk tickets for customer communication
  • Known issue detection - When investigating, agents search for similar past tickets to identify patterns

Ticket Attachments

PlayerZero can read the images and documents attached to a ticket, so an investigation works from the screenshots, logs, and files the ticket already carries instead of its text alone. Attachment import is off by default and is set per project. To turn it on, open the integration’s settings, find the project, and under Ticket Attachment Settings set Mode to Allow Attachments. Choose Do Not Allow to stop importing again.
The setting appears only when the integration is connected to that project.

Scopes & Permissions

PlayerZero requests only the permissions needed for AI agents to assist with support workflows. We follow the principle of least privilege—each permission directly enables a specific capability.
